All orders are processed within 1–5 business days and shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Canada & USA: 15–45 business days

• International Orders: 20–60 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or seasonal delays.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Important:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their country. We are not liable for packages delayed or returned due to customs clearance.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a refund guarantee if your order does not arrive within 90 business days from the shipping date.

Refunds are also offered if:

• The package is lost or untraceable (after 90 days)

• You receive a damaged or defective item (must include photo proof)

To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item is visibly damaged upon arrival

• You received the wrong item

All sales are final. Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
